How to Take F1 Factory Tours and Visit Team Headquarters
Curious about learning more about Formula 1 teams directly from the source? Well, short of having an in with a team or an engineering degree of your own, your best bet might be to visit some of the F1 team headquarters and factories!
Not every F1 team opens up its factory or headquarters to visitors, but a few do offer F1 factory tours or host museums at their F1 team headquarters. We’re listing all the teams here regardless, just so you know which ones you can potentially visit!
F1 factory tours + team headquarters visits
Here’s all the info you need to know about F1 factory tours and F1 team headquarters visits:
Ferrari

Full team name: Scuderia Ferrari HP
Headquarters: Maranello, Italy
Public tours: Ferrari offers a factory panoramic bus tour kind of *around* the factory, though tours inside the factory are reserved for F1 team sponsors and other VIPs. Details can be found here.
Tour includes: The tour departs from the museum and includes a panoramic bus ride around the Fiorano track (where Ferrari tests all its cars) and along the Viale Enzo Ferrari boulevard in the factory complex. Visitors are not permitted to actually enter the factory during this tour, however, and no photos/videos are allowed either.
Tour schedule: Tours happen every day at 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and last 45 minutes.
Tour cost: Tickets for the tour are 25 EUR for adults, 20 EUR for students and seniors aged over 65, and 7 EUR for children under 19. This is in addition to museum admission at the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. You must first purchase museum tickets, and then you can book a seat on the panoramic tour. Prices can be found here.
Additional info: In addition to the factory tour, there’s also the entire Ferrari Museum in Maranello. It’s focused on more than just F1 racing and includes exhibits on the history of the Ferrari brand.

Red Bull Racing
Full team name: Oracle Red Bull Racing
Headquarters: Milton Keynes, England
Public tours: Red Bull Racing offers an exclusive behind-the-scenes factory tour at its headquarters. Details can be found here.
Tour includes: This 1.5-hour guided tour provides an insider look at Red Bull Racing’s headquarters, taking you through the development, design, and assembly process for its winning F1 cars. The tour concludes with refreshments, a gift bag, and a chance to admire the full fleet of Red Bull Racing F1 cars up close for 30 minutes. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted on the tour.
Tour schedule: Tours occur on select dates (usually 1-3 times per month), with multiple tour times offered each day starting at 9 a.m. Tour dates can be found on the website.
Tour cost: The tour is 300 GBP per person. It can be booked online here.
Additional info: Red Bull Racing also offers the MK-7 Experience, which is ideal for children between the ages of 5 and 12, or anyone who wants a more affordable experience. This experience takes place within the MK-7 event space at the Red Bull Racing Technology Campus and includes a visit to the Red Bull Racing Heritage Workshop and a chance to see some F1 cars, trophies, and other artefacts up close. This tour takes place about once a month, and tickets are 96 GBP for adults, and 36 GBP for children aged 5 to 12.
Race watch parties: Red Bull also hosts several live race screenings at the Red Bull Technology Campus (usually about 6 per year). You can join one of these for 300 GBP per person, which includes themed food and drinks, a live chat with an Oracle Red Bull Racing strategy expert from the Operations Room, a chance to try out a racing sim, a trophy tour, access to the Hall of Fame and fleet of cars at MK-7, and a special souvenir to take home. Williams
Full team name: Atlassian Williams Racing
Headquarters: Grove, England
Public tours: No factory tours, but you can visit the museum here or join for a race day watch party.
Additional info: The Williams headquarters does not offer factory tours, but they do have other experiences available for fans. Notably, the Heritage Collection offers a guided tour of the largest private collection of F1 cars in the world, tracing the history of Williams up to the present day. Tickets are 95 GBP per person. Race watch parties: Williams also hosts race screenings at its headquarters where you can watch the race alongside the experts. Each race screening includes a pre-race presentation about the Grove facility, in-race feeds from Carlos and Alex’s onboard cameras, and a post-race de-brief about key moments during the race. You’ll also get a guided tour of the Heritage Collection and a chance to try out racing sims. There are 4 full race screenings in 2026; they cost 250 GBP to attend, and you can book them here. Mercedes

Public tours: No, Mercedes does not offer any factory or headquarters tours to the public.
Additional info: There are no tours available at the Mercedes F1 team headquarters in Brackley. However, you can visit Mercedes-Benz World in Brooklands, which includes some F1 displays and experiences. Visiting Mercedes-Benz World is free, but some activities (like the driving experiences) carry an additional cost and should be booked in advance.
McLaren
Full team name: McLaren Formula 1
Headquarters: Woking, England
Public tours: No
Additional info: Although there are no public tours at the McLaren Technology Centre, there are occasionally contests offered by McLaren with the prize of a behind-the-scenes tour.
Fun fact: the McLaren Technology Centre has appeared on screen several times, including in the Star Wars TV show “Andor” and in “F1: The Movie.”
Alpine
